It is an actual news bulletin-styled program with one issue being thrown into greater focus each night. That's the way CNNI should have promoted it. 10 minutes in, it's another show that I'll be adding to my daily watch list.

Ok, quick message during 1st ad break, love it so far! The opening graphics are unlike any other CNNI show. That's a plus! I'm glad it has its own look. Content has been great so far. After 12 minutes, thumbs up from me! Well done CNN Abu Dhabi.

Very powerful opening theme - love it! This is the kind of newsmusic I want to hear more often! Several classes above the WR theme if you ask me.

I'm glad that my fear was wrong: They are NOT focussing on one issue only. It's a real newscast with a prism segment. If I had to make the decicion I would extend it to 60 minutes though...

Stan is doing a terrific job so far. Hadn't seen him anchoring very often in the past during his HK times: He's a great presenter!

this show is definitely worth watching for!
not exactly as 1 story, multiply perspectives... but a more detailed news bulletin.
compact and easy to digest...

though it seems that they got a bit overtime because of the Germany segment...
any considerations for 30 more minutes?

I like it. 3 thumbs up for the brand new show.

Opening sequence = unique
Prism segment = unique
Abu Dhabi set = looking great
The fact that it's a detailed news bulletin = Totally expected.

I would give Stan a 10/10, CNN Abu Dhabi a 10/10, and the show Prism a 10/10 on the first day. Totally worth the wait. I recommend.

The only thing wrong with Prism is the fact that it airs at 4am my time.

Solid first show that I'm sure will quickly become a favourite of CNN viewers. It falls somewhere between World Report, World One and Amanpour. I thoroughly enjoyed the show - no mean feat considering I was dead tired. It was a great rundown from start to finish. The "Prism" segment was particularly interesting, and is what will define this show moving forward.

Congratulations to team Abu Dhabi!

Thoughts on first show are extremely positive. I'm very happy that the show is a straight news bulletin with a strong segment looking at the one issue. Very good effort, and a great addition to the CNNI lineup.

Didn't catch the show today, nor will I on a regular basis, but it's nice to see the AD bureau up and running, and judging by the videos and comments posted, it sounds like the show is a hit.

It's a huge hit, especially on the first day. The show's on at 12pm over here, so I will catch up almost all days (especially Sunday, replacing 3/4 of the noon ET hour of State of the Union, which is a great show and all, but cannot stand for repeats )
